Hubad na Hubad (Naked) No To Charter Change Con-Ass (constituent assembly) in the Philippines!
Filipinos take Con-ass fight online, many Filipino bloggers around the world wide web especially from the Philippines are sympathizing people who attends road rally NO to CON-ASS!
What we witnessed last Tuesday midnight when the House of Congress approved the House Bill 1109 that set up a constituent assembly to amend the 1987 Constitution is a direct threat in the existence of this country’s democracy damaging the Philippine Constitution building block governing the Philippines!
The Members of the House who sponsored HR 1109 will slowly undress (huhubarin) the sacred protection of Philippine sovereignty. This is the biggest strike in the Philippine Laws, let it be called everything scandalous House Resolution 1109 according to one of the raliyista Hubad na Pinay!
Excuse me, that bill was passed in a marathon session which rarely happens in the House of Congress! Usually the House of Representatives can finnish one bill in 6 moths to 12 months!
