This is unfortunate news against Pacquiao move to return back to ABS-CBN. As Pacquiao declares earlier that his new television partner is ABS-CBN and Manny Pacquiao turns Kapamilya again. Solar Entertainment Corp. and Manny Pacquiao‘s MP Promotions has signed four-year exclusive contract that Solar Sports has the license to air Pacquiao fights until May 6, 2011.
Is he threatened? I stumbled on some news on the web and they all say that Solar Entertainment Corp. may sue Manny Pacquiao to enforce airing rights!

Solar Entertainment Corp. is ready to file cases against Manny or ABS-CBN who violated the contract agreement between Solar and Manny. They warn other entities from entering into contract with Manny Pacquiao coz Solar Entertainment Corp. has signed legal agreements with Manny the boxing icon.
GMA the Kapuso network also announce in their article that they were been chosen by Solar for the coverage Pacquiao-Hatton Boxing Match the “Battle of East and West” on May 2, 2009.

The annual USTv Students’ Choice Awards, is organized by the University of Sto. Tomas, honors networks that promote artistic excellence and Christian values in TV programming.The 5th USTv awarding ceremony was held on February 19, 2009, 6:30 p.m. at the UST Medicine Auditorium.
