Para sa cash prizes, ito ay maaaring makuha sa pinakamalapit na Monde Nissin Corporation offices o sa mga distributor offices (see directory)
Para sa Jollibee favorites at discount, ito ay makukuha sa lahat ng branches ng Jollibee nationwide
Hindi na kailangan bumili ng ibang produkto para mag-claim ng premyo para sa mga free items tulad ng 1-pc Chicken Joy with Rice, Yumburger at Jolly Krunchy Twirl;
Para sa mga discount coupons, kailangan bumili ng alinmang produkto sa Jollibee para ma-avail ang discount; ang discount coupon ay hindi maaaring ipagpalit katumbas ng pera;

Para sa cash prize, tumawag sa Customer Hotline ng Lucky Me! (816-4466 (Metro Manila) or Toll Free 1800-1888-7770 (Provincial), Mon-Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm para ipa-validate ang winning card sa pamamagitan ng serial number o code na nakasulat sa inyong winning card
Hintayin ang muling pagtawag ng Customer representative pagkatapos ng 2-3 araw mula ng inyong unang pagtawag para malaman kung valid o authentic ang winning card. Kung valid, sasabihin din ng Customer Representative kung saan ang pinakamalapit na office na maaaring i-redeem ang cash prize
Magdala ng ID or any proof of identification kasama ng winning card
Ang mga valid Identification Cards ay alinman sa mga sumusunod:
